Pre and Post Release Prison Aftercare

In partnership with Accordwest, we offer pre and post-release peer support mentoring programs aimed at building resilience and assisting offenders to reconnect with family and community and deal with any issues that may arise.

This program is aimed at reducing the recidivism rate through coming alongside individuals upon release from prison and working with them to break down the barriers or difficulties they may be facing
